Returns & Refunds policy
1. POLICY OVERVIEW
This policy applies to all digital services and non-tangible products provided by NexAR Digital.
2. NO REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL GOODS (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)
Due to the custom and non-tangible nature of our services, which involve the creation and electronic delivery of digital design files (e.g., templates, PDFs), all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the final deliverable has been sent or the service has commenced. The service is deemed fully rendered upon digital delivery.
3. CANCELLATION
An order may be cancelled for a full refund only if the request is received before any design or customization work has begun by our team. Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
4. EXCEPTIONS
We will review refund requests only in the following limited, exceptional circumstances:
* If the delivered file is technically corrupt or unusable due to a proven error on our part and cannot be replaced within 48 hours.
* If the service delivery timeframe exceeds 30 days without prior client notification.
5. HOW TO REQUEST A REVIEW
To request a review of an exception, the Client must email info@nexar-digital.com with their order number and a detailed explanation of the issue within 7 days of receiving the digital file.
